Innovation has a high priority at EA. The results of four decades of research and development flow directly into new products. We do not only look at today’s market requirements but also develop solutions for the technical challenges of tomorrow. This makes us pioneers of new technologies like:

  • the introduction of a flexible output stage in laboratory power supplies
  • the mains recovery for electronic loads
  • the development of intuitive operating concepts using color TFT touch displays

Basic rules and principles of the company

This Code of Conduct reflects the key fundamental rules and principles that govern our actions. It represents binding rules that must be observed by management, executives and employees. Similarly, we also expect all of our business partners (both suppliers and customers) and their employees to act in a way that is in line with
our Code of Conduct. We will gladly support them in their efforts to meet this expectation. However, we will also take appropriate steps if we believe that our business partners do not fulfil this expectation. We also expect our business partners to do the same with respect to their own supply chains.

About 350 employees research, develop and manufacture on an area of 19,000 m2 at the main location in Viersen. The qualification of our employees is very important to us.
