    • Reverse polarity detection – additional sense line to prevent damage to the DUT due to faults
    • 2-channel emergency stop system
    • Overcurrent, overvoltage, overpower and overtemperature monitoring in each test channel
  • Integrated DC contactors for each channel
  • Active preloading
    • Pre-charge the internal capacitors before closing the DC contactor to avoid inrush currents and sparks during contactor closing
  • Zero-current cut-off to protect the contactors
    • Currents are set to zero before the DC contactor is opened
  • DC contactors integrated in the emergency stop chain quickly disconnect the test specimen from the test system in the event of a critical situation

Battery Cell Test System

The BCTS 20010-600-18 offers 18 individual channels for high-current cell tests. Each channel works as a cyclizer and enables cyclical charging and discharging of the battery cells.

  • Equipped with EA-BT 20000 Triple with regenerative energy recovery
  • 18 test channels with 0 V – 10 V and 0 A – 600 A per channel
  • Integrated DC contactor for each channel
  • Integrated reverse polarity detection for each channel
  • Control and measurement speed up to 1 ms per channel

Battery Module Test System

The BMTS 20200-840-2 offers two separate channels for testing high-capacity battery modules. Each channel works as a cyclizer and enables cyclical charging and discharging of the modules.

  • Equipped with EA-BT 20000 with regenerative energy recovery
  • Two 60 kW high-power channels with 0 V – 200 V and 0 A – 840 A per channel
  • Integrated DC contactor for each channel
  • Active precharging to avoid inrush currents
  • Zero-current cut-off to protect the DC contactors

The FCTS 20920-720 is a powerful system for testing high-power fuel cells. The system functions as an electronic load for testing fuel cells.
