After-Sales Service Center opened in Korea
As of June 2022, customers who are using EA Elektro-Automatik equipment in Korea now receive technical support and expert repair service locally in the country. The new After-Sales Service Center is located in Korea’s Seongnam-si district, home of EA’s partner, KMI System which operates the Service Center in close cooperation with EA.
KMI System, initially associated with EA as a distribution partner, is familiar with both the devices of the different product series and the operating software. The employees of the Service Center in Korea received intensive training at EA’s headquarters and visited the factory in Germany as well as various EA branches.
The After-Sales Service Center was set up and put into operation by Mario Bienert, Head of Product Management at EA in Viersen. As an experienced leader, Mario was able to pass on his know-how directly on site.
