Product testing

Before the devices leave our house, they are extensively tested: First of all, the device is calibrated before all functions of the device are tested. This includes, for example, the output ripple, the stability as well as the accuracy of current and voltage and the settling times. To verify the safety-relevant measures, each device is subjected to a safety test.

In the subsequent endurance stress test, the devices must show that they maintain their parameters according to the specification even under limit loads. On customer request, a logged calibration can also be performed at the end if your application requires it. Before the product is shipped, a final test ensures once again that the values have not changed after the endurance test and that all parameters are still within the specification limits.
